Terms and Conditions
- Up to two (2) major revisions only
- Up to twelve (12) minor revisions only
- Limited two out-of-the-office meetings/ inspection
- Unlimited ZOOM meetings or office meetings
- Architects sign & sealed excluded
- Service to be terminated if owner becomes unresponsive for a continuous period of 60 days

Php 20,000.00 to 50,000.00
(depending on target floor area / target budget)
The cost of conceptual design package is deductible to construction cost once the project is awarded to Top-Notch Construction (cannot be used concurrently with other promos and discounts).
